Fire Pit Friday with Thai Bird

Join us for Fire Pit Friday with Thai Bird at Make Ready Market! Chef/owner David Gilbert, a James Beard-nominated chef, will be cooking “Thai Birds” on a custom-made live-fire pit in the courtyard. The aroma alone will draw you in for a delicious meal perfect for a Friday night treat. Enjoy Gai Yaang (pit-roasted chicken), Thai Bird wings tossed in Tamarind-Galangal Sauce, and a fresh, vibrant Som Tam (green papaya salad). Meals are available for pick-up or to enjoy at Make Ready Market.

Surprise your significant other with a mouthwatering meal after a long week, or bring the family for a tasty Friday evening! Cold beers, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
