Make Ready Market is a one-of-a-kind private event venue located at 203 8th Street in downtown San Antonio, Texas. We host groups of 20 to 500 guests across three distinct spaces, each with its own character and configuration. Whether you are planning a corporate lunch, a birthday celebration, a team gathering, or a full venue buyout, we have a space that fits.

We sit in the River North District, just minutes from the Pearl, the San Antonio River Walk, and the central downtown business district. Two hours of free parking are included with any purchase. Booking is flexible, spaces can be combined, and all reservation fees may vary based on day, time, group size, and space configuration.

Make Ready Market offers three reservable private and semi-private spaces. Each space can be booked individually or combined to accommodate larger groups. All spaces give guests access to our full lineup of independently owned local vendors, including Teka Molino, Four Brothers, Hotaru Sushi, Bowls n Go, and Ize Box.

The Pink Cadillac Room

Our signature indoor semi-private space, the Pink Cadillac Room has seating up to 30 guests with standing room for 40 and an optional add-on for up to 66 total seats. A TV is also available for presentations or media display.

The Screened-In Porch

Our most private option,the Screened-In Porch offers covered outdoor seating for up to 42 seated or 75 standing guests and 2 TV’s for presentations or media display. Fans with misters and heaters keep the space comfortable year-round.

The Nook

Our cozy indoor space, The Nook, has seating for up to 20 guests, with an optional add-on bringing capacity to approximately 56. Available Monday through Sunday with weekday and weekend pricing.

General Indoor Seating is also available for groups of 20 or more with pricing that varies by configuration. Full venue buyouts are also available for groups looking to reserve all of Make Ready Market.

Food and Beverage Options for Every Event Style

One of the wonderful things about our private event spaces is the endless food and beverage options available. Every vendor at Make Ready Market is independently owned and operated. We offer four flexible ordering options to fit your event needs.
Direct Catering is coordinated directly with your preferred vendor for a fully managed food experience.
Prepaid Tokens are available in $25 increments and are redeemable with vendors for preset menu options. Tokens include the tax and tip, which make group budgeting simple.
Individual Tabs allow each guest to order and pay on their own, letting everyone explore the food hall freely.
Group Wristband Tabs track orders per vendor across the event. The host closes out all tabs at the end of the evening. Card pre-authorization may be required by participating vendors.
