Fully covered and screened in, this space offers the feel of an open-air gathering with the comfort and privacy of an enclosed room. It is the ideal setting for groups who want fresh air, natural light, and a little separation from the main food hall floor.

Equipped with fans and misters for warm San Antonio days and heaters for cooler evenings, the Screened-In Porch is a comfortable option for events year-round. Two TVs are also available for presentations or media use.

The Screened-In Porch is a covered, screened-in outdoor space directly accessible from the Make Ready Market food hall. Key details for planning your event are listed below:
Seated capacity is 42 guests. Standing capacity is up to 75 guests. An optional add-on of approximately 32 additional covered patio seats is available, bringing total seated capacity to approximately 74 guests.
The space includes TV access, fans with misters, and heaters.
Reservation fee is $200 plus a 3.75% booking fee. An optional covered patio add-on is available for an additional $300. Fees may vary based on day, time, and group size.

Food and Beverage at Your Event

All food and beverage is provided by Make Ready Market’s independently owned local vendors. Guests at the Screened-In Porch can choose from four ordering options to fit their event style.

Direct Catering is coordinated directly with a vendor for a managed experience on one tab. Prepaid Tokens ($25 each) cover preset menu items and include tax and tip. Individual Tabs let each guest order independently. Group Wristband Tabs track orders across vendors with the host settling at the end of the event.
